About Orders:

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most states in the US and countries of Europe. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries shipping delays as soon as the package leaves the United States.

Where we ship to:

In US: Texas, Washington, North Carolina, New York, New Jersey, Hawaii, Georgia, Florida, Colorado, California, Nevada, New Hampshire and Louisiana.

In Europe: Malta, Luxembourg, Estonia, Slovenia, North Macedonia, Croatia, Ireland, Denmark, Swizerland, Austria, Hungary, Portugal, Greece, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Italy, France, Germany and Russia.

 What are the shipping costs?

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

$10.95 flat fee for all states within the US and $18.95 flat fee for all international countries we ship to Europe.

 

About returning policy:

When will I receive my order?

The processing time for orders is 24 hours. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the US is 4 – 7 working days, and 14 - 30 working days internationally.

Can I change my order?

You have 24 hours after purchasing to change your order, please contact us soon as possible. 

 Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we aren’t able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

 What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept online payments through Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

Yes.

No.

Are The BONF products made with natural ingredients?

Yes, our products are bio-active botanicals. Products that don´t contain synthetic ingredients, dyes, chemical preservatives or other toxins. 

What is the packaging made of?

The packaging is made so that there is no material waste. We use good quality and durable bamboo packages, bioplastics and other biodegradable materials. Also, it is possible to refill the content of all of our products.
